The Crawling Eye, or The Trollenberg Terror (1958) as it is known in Europe, loves to decapitate mountain climbers. It hangs out in a radioactive cloud and when it isn't eating heads, it's send psychic suggestions to people driving them to kill.The Crawling Eye is a Lovecraftian horror before Lovecraft was a well recognized name to movie goers. The actual special effects don't live up to the promise of this monster, but it is still a memorable creature.
